What’s New for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator?

Have you considered buying a new pickup truck? Whether you’re a current truck owner or a first-time truck buyer, it’s likely you will want a vehicle that holds massive capability, interior space, and today’s latest tech innovations. The 2020 Jeep Gladiator is a top-pick for many American commuters and as it takes on the roads and trails this year, here are some standout features that the 2020 Gladiator truck offers buyers.

Jeep Gladiator towing and payload rating

Can’t wait to tow your boat or RV to your favorite lake this summer? The payload and towing for the new Jeep Gladiator is impressive compared to most in its class. Pack up your camping gear or a week’s worth of groceries with a payload capacity of 1,080-lbs to 1,600-lbs. Pull trailers weighing up to 4,500-lbs and with the 4X4 option simply shift gears when hitting heavy mud or slippery surfaces and gain the grip you need.

Is the Jeep Gladiator comfortable?

If you think pickup trucks are an uncomfortable ride, you’ll be surprised with the available interior offered in the 2020 Gladiator. With an abundance of interior square footage for passenger and cargo space, not only will five of your passengers have the chance to stretch out, but the available leather-trimmed interior seating and front heated seats for additional comfort in the winter keep you cozy all year-round.

With large side windows and a massive back window, don’t sweat any blindspots when driving the new Jeep Gladiator. The visibility inside the Jeep Gladiator offers ample visibility in every direction and with a gamut of driver-assist features, your truck commute is amplified with the essential safety as well as comfort.

Jeep Gladiator vs. the off-road trails

The off-road trails can’t stop the new Jeep Gladiator. With 4X4 capability, some trim levels offer excellent agility when up against heavy terrain and weather elements. Experience life off the beaten path with up to 11.1-inches of ground clearance, a high air-intake and special water sealing for depths up to 30-inches, and heavy-duty Dana 44 Axles.

High-strength skid plates below the Jeep Gladiator will also keep sticks or debris from bouncing up and damaging the undercarriage and if you get stuck or come across a truck or SUV that is stuck on the trail, the Jeep’s tow-hooks make it easy to pull fellow drivers out of a sticky situation.

Technology in the Jeep Gladiator

Technology is next-level for this 2020 truck and wireless connectivity through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto gives you immediate access to your smartphone apps and music. Not only does it have the connectivity features most want in a new truck, but the Gladiator also has the available safety features too.

Look to advanced safety on and off the highway with the:

  • Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking
  • Rear Cross Path Detection
  • Blind Spot Monitoring
  • ParkSense Rear Park Assist
  • Parkview Rear Back-Up Camera

Generous interior space is offered in this truck as well as cargo and storage compartments within the cabin. These hidden storage spaces throughout the back seat and center console conceal valuables or tools you need when camping or working. The Jeep Gladiator exterior is bold in design and built to take on any abuse you throw its way. This 2020 Jeep model essentially mimics the Jeep Wrangler body style with the payload capacity of a pickup truck. If the boxy truck look is what you prefer in a 2020 truck, the Jeep Gladiator is worth your test drive.

Is the Jeep Gladiator a worthy truck?

For the new truck buyers searching Jeep dealerships this 2020, the Jeep Gladiator is an excellent choice for anybody who loves stylish durability for the roads and trails. The new Gladiator is practical, capable, and keeps up with innovative driving technologies.

For the utilitarian driver mostly who could use a truck for towing trailers or packing in store-bought supplies, the Gladiator is also a great truck for families who love to hit the outdoors on the weekend and require space to throw in the kids’ band equipment or sports gear. Another plus for the 2020 Gladiator is that it is totally customizable. Deck out your new truck with aftermarket accessories and fully take on your night time travels or off-road camping excursions by checking out the top driving destinations for 2020.

    1. I am not a truck fan, but I know someone who recently got a truck and I actually liked the style. I wish there was a picture in the article of this truck. I had to look it up. It is very unique looking. That is for sure. In a weird way I think I like it. Not for myself, but I see a really cool person driving that. I definitely can see how it would be good for off-roading.

    2. I like the Gladiator, its pretty tough looking. I think it looks a lot cooler than the regular jeep. Jeep always makes a great off-road vehicle so I am sure this is no different, you can’t go wrong with a Jeep.

    3. Talk to me about the headlights. Any new tech?
