Sneak Peak At The Aston Martin V12 Vantage

Hear the roar and feel the thrill of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage. As the last model of this distinct lineage, this sports car is crafted with precision and care and exudes both power and luxury. Experience this model with all your senses in 2022.

The original V12 Vantage

The concept of the V12 Vantage made its debut in December 2007 at the premier opening of the Aston Martin Design Studio. It only took Aston Martin 12 months to complete production. The focus of the design was unmistakably on driver enjoyment. On top of that, excellent performance and agility helped to make the driving experience sensational.

The design remained understated yet still aerodynamic and purposeful. Power and torque were impressive, working to enhance response and traction in any situation. The move from V8 to V12 power was enhanced by changes to brakes, suspension and cooling for an undeniable Vantage result.

The final edition

The V12 Vantage set to hit the market in 2022, known as the Final Edition. The update will improve technology with a new range topper that will compete against models such as Porsche 911 GT2 RS. Expect the new model to have a widened track front as well as rear with a more aggressive rear diffuser. Large vents are located in the hood to improve airflow with air curtains in the front fascia.

Powering this model is the twin-turbocharged V12 with up to 760 horsepower. This same engine is currently found in the convertible Vantage, reaching zero to 62 mph in only 3.4 seconds. The V12 Vantage is expected to have similar results with outstanding speed and performance.

Aston Martin has dropped the manual transmission. Now eight-speed automatic comes standard. Enjoy the breathtaking thrill of these powerful displacement engines, which may be nearing the end with the increased regulations on emissions all over the world. Aston Martin has said it will be turning its focus to electric models going forward.

The new Vantage will likely use the V12 RS namesake as well. A model name that dates back to 2008.

Special edition

The V12 Vantage will be a limited production model. This will result in a higher MSRP price of around $200,000. Aston Martin has provided very little information for this upcoming model so far. Other than the fact that it is a final edition and you will hear it coming. Therefore, hinting at the powerful engine that lies under the hood. However, you can be sure it will be a model you won’t soon forget. With limited production, you might want to start planning now to own a modern V12 Vantage.
