Track-Caliber Juice for GM Trucks: Hennessey’s “Goliath 650” Supercharger Kit

The aftermarket scene has enjoyed some very awesome builders stepping up to the plate and remaining consistent! Drivers with vehicles fresh off the lot now have many options to properly heat things up. Hennessey Performance was founded 30 years ago, and has seen fantastic and memorable builds ever since. Hennessey’s “Goliath 650” Supercharger Kit arrives as a savior to GMC and Chevy trucks on the hunt for more fierce power.

In the eager hands of a driver, these V8 trucks crank out 420 horsepower and 460-lb ft of torque. This kit provides the aggressive bump of 230 eager horses, instantly taking care of many New Year’s resolutions! Goodies such as a high-flow intake and crankcase ventilation system roll up their sleeves poignantly. The included chromoly pushrods reduce weight and provide extra rigidity.

The high-flow intercooler offers class-leading fatigue protection for high-boost pressures. This is an excellent tool for the job, as it also is constantly working overtime to reduce intake temperature. Hennessey’s trademark engine software calibration properly ties things together to brandish Z06 power levels.

Sharing the Stoke for Off-Road Enthusiasts:

The off-road-ready Sierra AT4 is also included in the high-octane fun! The Goliath Off-Road Package also adds an extra new steel front bumper and off-road suspension. 35-inch road tires and 20-inch wheels are also included to up the ante on braving tough elements. All of these sweet upgrades also come with a 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty.

So many truck fans have woken up with a solid jolt and realized that their need for more power was simply not going to disappear! Company founder and CEO John Hennessey left a savvy environmental business in the early 90’s to make his dreams come true. His company now also operates the legendary tuner school where future maestros can dig in and become experts.

The Fervor in Favor of The 55-Percent Horsepower Increase:

Any diehard truck fan knows that the dyno is the true judge and juror when it comes to power-increase claims. Hennessey’s 55-percent boost from the Goliath has been proven just as such. This is just what many committed fans of this Lone-Star State specialty group’s offerings have always been after: bragging rights to upper-level blasting material.

This package is available for the Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra AT4, and Denali Ultimate with the L87 motor. A stainless steel catback exhaust system offers up the piping soundtrack and heightened performance that this able-bodied crew is known for. There are more than 70 very dedicated workers here at Hennessey who always give 100% when it comes to build quality and testing.

Texas Tough: Aftermarket Upgrades That Consistently Slay

Hennessey’s Texas facility boasts a workshop quite a bit keener than Santa’s, and more than 30 service bays. The laser alignment racks here employ light beams to get the job done right. This gang also gets dibs on the ¼-mile dragstrip at Lonestar Motorsports Park for precise and very thorough testing.

Impeccable Craftsmanship: A Roundup of Hennessey’s Other Masterpieces:

Another amazing example of Hennessey’s expert work is the Trackhawk HPE1000. This Jeep model was designed to ooze a luxury vibe! It fares excellently at being a family-oriented off-road SUV. Once Hennessey got their eager hands on it, it yielded 1,000 hp and nearly 1,000 lb-ft of torque.

The Velociraptor 6×6 was a thrilling and massively upgraded truck that was “nearly unstoppable.” Since Ford had nicely taken the lead on building a 6-wheel pickup truck, the Hennessey team was eager to work their magic. The Velociraptor 6×6 is a classic example of something already built great, that became full-on legendary.

The Mammoth 1000 started things off with the already head-spinning RAM TRX. The Mammoth 1000 still holds down its residence as the most powerful truck Hennessey has ever offered! The amazing “stage 2 upgrade” adds larger tires, automatic side steps, and even Hennessey embroidered headrests to evoke “fancy yet furious.”

The GT500 Venom 1200 was based on the Shelby Mustang GT500, which holds the record for the most powerful production Ford ever built. It cranks out 760 horsepower from its 5.2-liter Supercharged Predator V8 and is paired with the Mustang’s very first dual-clutch automatic. The intercoolers were massively upgraded, along with the air induction systems.

An Impressive Claim to Fame: Hennessey’s Unfiltered Appeal

It’s already a firm guarantee that GMC owners were eagerly awaiting this transformation. J.D. Power gave the GMC its highest rating for a pickup in their U.S. Vehicle Quality Study. It also snagged up the Strategic Vision 2023 Total Impact Award. Kelley Blue Book has also named the Sierra Heavy Duty in the annual best resale awards.

What do you think of Henessey’s tweak of this sweet truck? If you happen to prefer the F150 or Ram, they have workups of these too! Let us know what you think in the comments below, or check out another article about the Hennessey Mammoth 6×6.
